Melanie Konarik, Listing & Contract Coordinator/Personal Assistant
Melanie is the listing and transaction coordinator for the Gigley Real Estate team and she brings a wealth of knowledge and years of administrative experience to the team. Melanie assures that all systems and procedures run smoothly. Committed to top-notch client service and satisfaction, Melanie brings enthusiasm and integrity to every transaction. She coordinates contract details to assure a smooth and trouble-free transaction. Her main objective is to provide you with the real estate professionalism and efficiency that you expect and deserve. Melanie shares a true concern for your best interest during the entire process and strives to exceed your expectations. Melanie is an avid volunteer in her church and her children’s school and lives in Allen with her husband and five children.
Jill Lee, Buyer's Agent & Home Stager

Jill has always had a passion and an eye for aesthetically pleasing decor and has been decorating homes for more than 14 years. She was the perfect designer to join the Gigley Real Estate Team when Hannah launched her own staging company, Simply Staged. Jill enables you to make your home look like a model and bring a higher sales price in a shorter amount of time. Whether the job is big or small, her services are tailored to assist clients in many diverse projects; she understands that such situations can often be stressful, overwhelming and challenging. She makes every effort to ensure for a smooth transition during the staging phase.
Nannette Riley, Buyer's Assistant
Nannette brings 14 years of project management, communication and training experience with her to the Gigley Real Estate team! Her easy going style and attention to detail make her the perfect fit to assist all of the team members in any project that comes along. Her specialty is customer support. Nannette is there to help buyers through the process of finding the right home. She is also a great asset to the team helping with marketing videos and writing articles for the Gigley newsletter and magazine. She spends her free time volunteering at church and her children's school. Nannette is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree. She resides in Allen with her husband and 2 children.
Mary Summers, Marketing & Listing Assistant
Mary comes to the Gigley Real Estate Team with more than 20 years of Marketing/Communications experience. Mary develops innovative marketing strategies focusing on not only enhancing your home but making it stand out above the rest. By coordinating and managing listings for website and social network marketing, syndicating to all major home search sites, designing and creating flyers, virtual tours and mass e-mail marketing to market the properties across all venues, she ensures your home will get noticed. She also coordinates monthly newsletters, email blasts, and weekly reports to ensure that our clients receive the most up-to-date communication and customer service in the industry. She is an active volunteer in her children’s school and resides in Allen with her husband and two kids. She is a graduate of The University of Texas where she received a Bachelor of Journalism.
